The new owners of this spectacularly sited home loved the soaring views of the Skagit River, Swinomish Channel, and Whidbey Island, but didn’t feel comfortable with the home’s stark white interiors.

The cold white marble and white carpet floors were replaced with beautiful warm teak throughout the house. The kitchen, utility/pantry, and master bedroom were entirely redesigned using a palette of luxurious limestones, glass tiles, and complementary granites and local sandstones to create a contemporary Northwest blend of texture, warmth, and color.
